If EDM do trade a young forward it will be RNH or Polliot or Eberle. Puljarvi is a right hand shot, replacing Eberle. Polliot is a decent winger at a decent salary.
If Hall does go it will be for a #1 D man. Not for the modern day Luke Schenn, Bogosian.

Just because Hall is approx half (or $0.50 on the dollar) of what Stamkos is going to cost doesn't mean you can acquire Hall for less than $0.50 on the dollar. Bogosian is a throw in to a deal, not a centerpiece esp when the return is a top wing like Hall.
